CHSP Service Areas
FHSS can provide the Government subsidised aged care program - Commonwealth Home Support Program. These services are for approved clients over 65, living at home and are used to assist people do tasks that they may be having trouble doing. Our funded services are allocated to us in regions. Some regions may have limited capacity but we have a wait list available.
